Winter will be tough as it decends upon the lands this year. A slight harvest was hampered by the lack of availble farmers to reap their crops, while men young and old are off fighting in the blood pass to secure the northern borders from all manner of monster.

Notices have been seen throughout the city.
FIGHTERS GUILD FOR HIRE-Looking for recruits! Seek the Guild Master down in the Arena.

There have been more thefts in the lands as of late and rumors of a THIEVES GUILD have begun to circulate through out the Market. Even some shady characters have been seen loitering around the Port and Ale.

A PLAGUE has spread throughout the city. Its origins still unknown have made it difficult to discover a cure or effectively treat the infected. Those infected citizens or guests should proceed to the Temple and seek aide at the infirmary.

These are on going Empire wide events that would be noted by general public in the entire city. Post accordingly in the specified RP threads. Enjoy!!!

The Lands of the Upper Reaches of the Realm are vast and diverse, home to many settlements, comprised of various races with different alignments and histories. These various lands all try to live peacefully with respect to each other and their beliefs. However not all is peaceful.

Elidoris is bordered to the west by the Tara Ras Orodrim Mountain Range. So named by the elves of long ago it translates as 'The Lofty Peaks'. Beyond this range is a vast expanse of land, the Vale of Promise, that is slowly being settled by the ever increasing human population.

A narrow pass through the mountains brings adventurers directly to the Imperial Gates of Elidoris. A great wall of immense height and surreal beauty surrounds the elven lands. Centuries and ages of seclusion from outside influence have ended and many races along with men have found acceptance in the Empire alongside the elves.

To the North yet another mountain range, Ras en Hisie, so named the Misty Peaks aides in the seclusion of the Empire from the rest of the upper reaches of this vast continent. A very narrow mountain pass runs through these peaks to the barbaric northern country. Very dangerous it has been named Falqua En Agar, or the Blood Pass.

To the south beyond the Grey Marshes and Wastes of Solitude, an immense desert, are the lower reaches. The lower reaches for the most part are comprised of numerous tiny kingdoms, villages , settlements and the like. They are dominated by the race of men. The elves and dwarves both having remain isolated from the men for ages in the north, are rich in tradition, lore, and mysticism.. Though the influence of the human race is spreading.

Main Temples of godlings with greater influence are marked on the map by the icon associated with the specific godling. Godlings have immense and spreading influence upon the mortal world and even beyond. The goldings have been waging a War of Rivalry amongst themselves for millenia, for though theya re the greast of all creations they too are flawed.
